Mr Anthony Yee
Director (Corporate Services)
Mr Anthony Yee is the IT Consultant with 20 years of experience in the IT Designing & Engineering. Graduated from Acadia University, Canada, he had designed and implemented various systems including customized IT financial control packages for many well known local companies, statutory boards and MNCs in Singapore. Before joining RealtyLink Consultancy Pte Ltd, he was providing I.T. solutions to several major real estate companies. He was a senior executive in SISV.
Ms Celeste Lim
Director & Partner (Property Management Division)
Ms. Celeste graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business (Property) and has more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry.
Ms. Celeste had held various positions with former Colliers International Asset Management, which was later renamed as Property Facility Services Pte Ltd and had also worked with Knight Frank (Singapore), Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants and Abacus Property Management as a Director.
Her experience and knowledge in handling multiple projects both in the private sectors and government projects gives her the edge in leading and guiding her team members to serve our clients.
Her knowledge with the prerequisite and rules for submission to BCA for Developer’s project is another plus factor that had help in getting the necessary approval before T.O.P. for the project.
Ms. Celeste is also a qualified Fire Safety Manager and had undertaken and managed several industrial properties under her previous management.
Mr Mohd Rizal Abdullah
Senior Operations Director (Singapore and Vietnam)
Business Unit Head with over 19 years’ experience in Property & Facility management industry and FSM (Fire & Safety Management) and Security Management qualifications. Former Business Unit Head with Knight Frank in charge of Service Recovery, Crisis Management, Estate Management & Quality Service Management and Operations Management.
Former Senior Executive in Savills CKH Property Management. Have held other senior executive positions in the aviation industry
Master in Business & Management -Darmstadt University of Technology (Germany), Well versed with PDPA, LTSA, BMSMA, Town & Country Planning. Obtained Green Mark Certification from BCA.
Familiar with the property management regulations/obligations, mandatory Requirements and Defects Management with Developer /Main Contractor.
