RealtyLink Establishes a Regional Office in Vietnam

RealtyLink Consultancy Pte Ltd has partnered with a group of local Vietnamese property developers and investors to establish a joint-stock company Realtylink Consultancy (Vietnam) Corporation. Realtylink (Vietnam) Corp will provide a wide spectrum of property and facility management services, integrated asset management & leasing, hospitality services for both commercial shopping centers and residential developments. The newly set-up Regional Office of Realtylink (Vietnam) Corp is located at SAIGON BUSINESS CENTRE, 4th Floor, 65 Le Loi Blvd., District 1, HCMC.

Mr. Tran Duc Loi, a representative of De Tam Joint Stock Company and one of the shareholder in Realtylink Consultancy (Vietnam) Corporation commented, "The joint venture will utilize RLC's expertise and management skills in the provision of international standard facilities management solutions which will enhance service responsiveness and reduce costs."

The Board Of Directors is proud to announce that Realtylink Consultancy Pte Ltd has been awarded the SINGAPORE BUSINESS QUALITY AWARD 2013 and has also become the first property management company in Singapore to receive the prestigious award.

The Singapore Business Quality Award Organizing Committee, jointly organized by DAS Certification Singapore (premier ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 27001, ISO 500001, OHSAS 18001 and SS 506 Registration / Certification Bodies) and Singapore Enrich Group have fastidiously chosen Realtylink Consultancy Pte Ltd as the awardee for "Singapore Business Quality Award 2013" in recognition of its active efforts in promoting outstanding quality services and technological innovations in the provision of property management consultancy and trust accounting services in meeting and managing its clienteles' expectations.

Realtylink Consultancy (Vietnam) has signed a major Facility Management Consultancy Contract with Becamex IDC Corporation.

On January 2014, Realtylink Consultancy (Vietnam) has signed a major FM consultancy contract worth over US$ 1 Million with Becamex IDC Corporation.

Realtylink Consultancy (Vietnam) is to provide facility management consultancy to manage Becamex’s portfolio of shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, social housing clusters including the Integrated Political Administrative Centre Main Building at Binh Duong Province. The contract also covers the provision of security management system and Information Technology Support Systems.

Becamex IDC (Investment & Industrial Development Corporation) was established in 1979 with over 35 years of real estate construction, investment and development of industrial parks (Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1,2,3), residential, urban and transportation infrastructure. Currently, Becamex IDC has 28 other subsidiaries and joint efforts covering areas of securities, finance, insurance, banking, construction, trading, real estate, telecommunication - information technology, concrete production, construction materials, mining, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and education.

Binh Duong Province is located in the South-East region of Vietnam, immediately to the north of Ho Chi Minh City. Currently Binh Duong has 28 industrial parks and zones with the total area of over 8,700 hectares, in which more than 1,200 domestic and foreign enterprises under operation with the total capital investment of over US$ 13 Billion.

Realtylink Consultancy (Singapore) accredited Grade “A” in Property Management

Realtylink Consultancy (Singapore) was accredited a Grade “A” in Property Management by Singapore Institute Surveyors & Valuers (SISV) in June 2016.

The Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), Singapore’s largest and foremost group of real estate professionals, was formed on 1st April 1982 following a merger between the Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SIS) and the Singapore Institute of Valuers (SIV). The main objects of the Institute are to advance and upgrade the surveying and valuing profession in Singapore and to contribute to the social well being of the community and public at large

 

Realtylink Corporation (Vietnam) signed a Strategic Cooperation Partnership

Realtylink Corporation (Vietnam) signed a Strategic Cooperation Partnership with DucPhat Security Services Joint Stock Company on November 2016.

DucPhat Security Services JSC was incorporated in 2007 and directly managed by Vietnam Ministry Of Public Security. DucPhat will provide security services and solutions to Realtylink’s estate management portfolio.

 

Realtylink Corporation (Vietnam) signed a Memorandum Of Understanding

Realtylink Corporation (Vietnam) signed a Memorandum Of Understanding Partnership with a local developer/investor company m/s Van ThaiLand in June 2017.

Van Thai company has been established since 1999 and specializes in the trading activities of investment real estate, construction, real estate and investment management. Under the MOU, Realtylink will provide property/facilities services and consultancy to Van Thailand’s property portfolio eg. Topaz Elite, Topaz Gardens.
